Body
WHEREAS, Marsh Road, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Kipp Street - Marsh Road to the South Plat line.
Kipp Circle - Kipp Street to the Southwest end.
Temporary cul-de-sac at the south end of Kipp Street.
Sidewalk on east side of Marsh Road adjacent to Madison Industrial Subdivision.
Improvements on Marsh Road at Kipp Street to provide ingress and egress to the plat.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1932 $286,822.51 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on August 27, 2005.
