DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located on both sides of Quincy Avenue in the "Fairfield Bluff” subdivision from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_12_1”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00789 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00789. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_12_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
