PREAMBLE
The intersection of University Ave, Overlook Pass and Thorstrand Dr. has a history of vehicle crashes. University Ave. is maintained by Dane County, Overlook pass is in the City of Madison and Thorstrand Dr. is in the City of Middleton. In a cooperative effort to improve this intersection the three municipalities will share the costs equally to improve the intersection with Dane County Crew performing the construction.
BE IT RESOLVED,
1. That the plans and specifications for University Ave., Overlook Pass and Thorstrand Dr. Median Widening and Intersection Improvements be and are hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the City of Middleton and Dane County for cost sharing for the improvements
