Resolved that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Hillpoint Senior Campus - PUD, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000 to expire not earlier than June 28, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
