Body

This work shall consist of design services for rehabilitating force mains for the Waunona Way lift station.  The work is further detailed in the scope of services as an attachment to the standard City Contract.

WHEREAS, Ayres Associates, is a professional consulting firm qualified to complete design services for rehabilitation of the force main for the Waunona Way lift station.

WHEREAS it has been determined that  Ayres Associates submitted the best qualified proposal for rehabilitation of the force main for the Waunona Way lift station.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an consultant agreement with  Ayres Associates for consulting engineering services for rehabilitation of the force main for the Waunona Way lift station.
