Fiscal Note

These Notes will finance new projects included in the 2005 capital budget.  The principal repayment and interest cost will be included in the 2006 and future years' operating budgets.  This resolution authorizes the City to borrow $37,330,000 at a true interest cost of 3.603206% through the issuance of tax exempt General Obligation Promissory Notes and levies an irrevocable property tax sufficient for the purpose of paying principal and interest on the Notes.
