Fiscal Note
Staff covered under this labor agreement are Stagehands at Monona Terrace. Under the proposed labor agreement, annual increases will be based on increases provided to the general municipal employees but will not exceed the consumer price index. The proposed labor agreements span from 2017 through 2019; however, the 2017 agreement is a formality as IATSE staff received 2017 increases along with all other hourly employees as the City phases in a $15 minimum wage.
The increase for December 2018 is projected to be 2.15%; at this rate, the impact on the Monona Terrace budget will be approximately $13,000. The 2019 budget will be updated to reflect the increase.
