Accepting street improvements (sidewalk) constructed by Private Contract 1033 High Street (Wingra Point), Private Contract No. 2348 (District 13).

WHEREAS, the WINGRA POINT, LLC C/O T WALL ENTERPRISES MANAGER, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 1033 High Street (Wingra Point).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Fish Hatchery Road Sidewalk from High Street to S Brooks Street.
• S Brooks Street Sidewalk from W of 1018 S Brooks Street to Fish Hatchery Road.
• High Street Sidewalk from E of 1029 High Street to Fish Hatchery Road.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2348 $ 1,561.46 for a useful life of 40 years.
