Title
That the position (#772) of Account Clerk 2 in Compensation Group 20, Range 09, (occupied by S. Russell) in the permanent salary detail of the Comptroller's Office Budget is repealed and recreated as a position of Account Clerk 3 in Compensation Group 20, Range 11, thereof. Be it further resolved that the former position shall not be deleted until the new position is filled.
