Body

WHEREAS, on October 1, 2010, the developer, Premium Real Estate, LLC, hereinafter the "Developer" had entered into a  Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison with the City of Madison, and;

WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting to modify the existing Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison to provide substitute language regarding the payment of Impact Fees and Assessment Charges.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for Grandview Commons Phase 16, Contract No. 2263, with Premium Real Estate, LLC.
