The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3089. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3089. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to the M1 Limited Manufacturing District:
Part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 23, T07NR10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Outlot 8, Second Addition to World Dairy Center, as recorded in Volume 57-047B of Plats, on pages 187-195, as Document Number 2760420, Dane County Registry, also being a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 90; thence S04°34'39"E along said westerly right-of-way line 279.22 feet; thence S01°35'25"W along said westerly right-of-way line 279.88 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive; thence S87°51'07"W along said northerly right-of-way line, 337.87 feet to the most southerly east corner of aforementioned Outlot 8; thence N00°29'02"E along the easterly line of said Outlot 8, 575.99 feet; thence N87°42'07"E along the southerly line of said Outlot 8, 319.01 feet to the point of beginning. This description contains 193,578 square feet or 4.4439 acres."
