NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00097 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the TR-V2 (Traditional Residential-Varied 2) District:
Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 4, Bram’s Addition, except that part conveyed to the State of Wisconsin in Doc. No. 771350 and except that part conveyed to the City of Madison in Doc. No. 1274242, located in the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼, T7N, R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the North ¼ Corner of said Section 35; thence S88°41’44”E, 271.94 feet along the North line of said Northeast ¼; thence S01°43’11”W, 818.76 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and the point of beginning; thence continuing S01°43’11”W (recorded as S0°18’W) along the West right of way line of Taft Street to a point of curvature; thence continuing along said right of way...
