DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 6601 McKee Road and 3171-3197 Maple Grove Drive from PD (Planned Development) District to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District to encourage mixed-use redevelopment and a transition from auto-oriented development consistent with the recommendations in the Southwest Area Plan.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00835 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00835. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District.
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 9130, and Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map 16207, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described area contains 8.45 acres.”
