The Madison Parks Golf Program proposes the implementation of a Pilot Tee Time Reservation Protocol and New Cancellation Fee for the Madison Golf program's 2025 golf season. It has been identified by golf staff that no shows have resulted between 15,000- 20,000 rounds of golf not being able to be played by others in the community and that the golf program has missed revenue opportunities in the amount of $460,000- $500,000. As the Program prepares to move from 72 holes of operation to 54 holes of operation at the beginning of the 2026 season, it is critical that the Program ensure that the maximum amount of tee times are available to the public and that every effort is made to eliminate missed revenue opportunities.
