Legislative File 81961 Regarding the Amendment to the Use Agreement with Madison Mallards LLC and Northwoods League, Inc would allow for expanded use of Warner stadium for both baseball and softball programming operated by Madison Mallards. The proposed capital improvements are necessary to accommodate the expanded programming. Planned improvements to be funded and contracted directly by the mallards for the 2024 season include the following:
1. Replacing the diamond’s existing infield with pfas-free artificial turf in the colors specified on the proposed plan
2. Reconstruction of catchers and batters boxes
3. Reconstruction of pitcher’s mound
4. Replacement and relocation existing video display board.
