The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3393. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3393. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R4 General Residence District and added to the C2 General Commercial District:
West 1/2 Lot 1, Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Hudson Park, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel Contains .34 acres."
