WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Apollo Way from the east line of Lot 481 (existing street) westerly to the west line of Lot 605.
Charon Lane from Jupiter Drive to Hercules Trail.
Hercules Trail from the south line of Lot 474 (existing street) northerly to the north line of Lot 570.
Jupiter Drive from the south line of Lot 464 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 605.
Public alley in Outlot 29 from Hercules Trail easterly to the existing alley.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2018 $300,514.00 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on October 19, 2005.
