Private Contract, No City Funds Required.

Title

Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Dallas Drive Certified Survey Map, Private Contract No. 1880 (7th AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Midland Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Dallas Drive - North line of Certified Survey Map No. 10405 to the south line of Lots 1 and 2 of said Certified Survey Map.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1880 $3,687.20 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on June 1, 2005.
