Body

WHEREAS, Jon Lancaster, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of a median cut, curb and gutter, pavement, and other public infrastructure improvements on  High Crossing Boulevard adjacent to 5309 High Crossing Boulevard.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on May 23, 2006.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2007 $48,840.00 useful life of 40 years.
