Fiscal Note

$2,750,000 was previously authorized for this project with this additional $500,000, the total cost of the project will be funded as follows: (Sanitary Sewer Utility) Acct. No. ESO1-58011-810322-00-53W0147 $1,650,000.00, (Storm Sewer Utility) Acct. No. ESTM-58011-810322-00-53W0147 $825,000.00, and (Landfill Remediation) Acct. No. CB53-58011-810322-00-53W0147 $775,000.00.  Additional funding will be from Landfill Remediation reserves.  There will be no additional General Obligation Debt.  There is no anticipated impact upon the tax levy or cost controls.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 3.59 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions:

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein; and that the 2005 Engineering Capital Budget is amended by the addition of $500,000 funded from Landfill reserves,
