BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept funds from Dane County through the Urban Water Quality Grant and execute grant agreements for project funding.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That plans and specifications for Urban BMP's 2007, are hereby approved and the Board of Public Works is authorized to advertise and receive bids.
