Terminating the Declaration of Public Works Emergency per Section 62.15(1b) of the Wis. Stats. for roof replacement at Traffic Engineering Building "A" at Sayle Street. (13th AD)

WHEREAS, a Public Works Emergency, per Wis. Stat. Section 62.15 (1b) was declared to replace the roof at Traffic Engineering Building "A" at Sayle Street per Legistar File No. 04564, Res-06-00825 adopted 9/19/06
WHEREAS, the work has been completed by Gary Brown Roofing Corp. and the emergency no longer exists;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed; and,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the contractor, Gary Brown Roofing Corp. be paid in full in the amount of $56,950.00
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Public Works Emergency declared for Traffic Engineering Building "A" at Sayle Street is hereby terminated.
