Approving an amended schedule of 2013 Common Council meeting dates and times.
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council Organizational Committee (CCOC) originally reviewed and approved the proposed Common Council meeting dates and times at their meeting on June 12, 2012, and;
 
WHEREAS, the National League of Cities Annual conference is occurring the same week as the scheduled Common Council 2014 Budget Deliberations;
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following is an amended schedule of Common Council meeting dates and times for 2013:
 
Tuesday, October 29, 2013            6:30 p.m. (replaces regularly scheduled meeting on November 5, 2013)
 
Tuesday, November 5, 2013       5::30 p.m. (2014 Budget Deliberations)
Wednesday,  November 6, 2013        5:30 p.m.  (If needed for Budget)
Thursday, November 7, 2013       5:30 p.m.  (If needed for Budget)
 
Tuesday, November 12, 2013       5::30 p.m. (2014 Budget Deliberations)
Wednesday,  November 13, 2013        5:30 p.m.  (If needed for Budget)
Thursday, November 14, 2013       5:30 p.m.  (If needed for Budget)      
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Common Council approves the above amended schedule of Common Council meeting dates and times in 2013.
