Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the final plat of "The Village of Autumn Lake" on property owned by VH Land, LLC and VAL Development, LLC located along Felland Road north of Lien Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the final plat, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved plat.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this final plat or required as a condition of approval of this plat be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
 
Previous approval or re-approval resolutions were approved in August 2004, December 2004 and June 2005.
