WHEREAS, Simon & Lenhart, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Marsh Road Sidewalk (west side) - South line of Lot 7, Madison Commerce Park to the south line of Certified Survey Map No. 10462.
Curb and gutter, sidewalk, bituminous pavement and terrace restoration at the intersection of Owl Creek Drive and vacated Marmot Pass
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1877 $54,815.63 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on January 15, 2005.
