Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Madison Commerce Park - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1890.

Body

WHEREAS, Simon & Lenhart, LLC  has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Owl Creek Drive - West plat line northerly to the existing street.

Yesterday Drive - Owl Creek Drive to the east line of Lot 22.

Tormey Lane - Owl Creek Drive northerly tapering to the existing roadway.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1890 $31,353.76 useful life of 40-years.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on  October 24, 2004.
