The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3315. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3315. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 2510 Perry Street is hereby added to C2 General Commercial District:
All of Lot 4, Certified Survey Map No. 8914 as recorded in Dane County Register of Deeds in Vol. 49, Page 290 of Certified Surveys, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 1.37 acres."
