Title
Assessing Benefits - Upper Badger Mill Creek Stormwater Improvement Impact Fee District. (1st AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the construction of Stormwater Management improvement(s) for the Upper Badger Mill Creek Stormwater Improvement Impact Fee District has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the properties within the watershed that benefit from this improvement shall pay a pro-rata share of the costs thru an Impact Fee or special assessment, in accordance with the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to these properties within the watershed be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
