Body

WHEREAS, Brickline, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation

of epoxy pavement markings improvements at various city-wide streets.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the six-month guarantee on said improvements has passed and that the City shall release the funds retained as provided under the contract.
