Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Stratton Way from Snowmist Trail easterly to the east line of Outlot 15 (existing street).
Snowmist Trail from Stratton Way northerly to the north line of Lot 207.
Snowcap Trail from Stratton Way southerly to the north line of Lot 166 (existing street).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1973 $20,359.50 useful of 40 years.
