The Village of McFarland, the Town of Blooming Grove, and the City of Madison have proposed a joint project to reconstruct Siggelkow Road from Marsh Road to Interstate 90. The existing pavement is in poor condition and in need of reconstruction. Portions of Siggelkow Road are in the City of Madison and other portions McFarland and Blooming Grove.
The City of Madison is the lead municipality and will coordinate the public relations, design and construction of the street with the Village of McFarland and the Town of Blooming Grove.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Village of McFarland and the Town of Blooming Grove for cost sharing for the design of Siggelkow Road Reconstruction.
