RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in Metrotech, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than December 2, 2009, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
