PREAMBLE

Should the City of Madison receive a grant for this project, the funds would be used to purchase the services of Earth & Water Works, LLC, including designing, site preparations, planting, and plant costs. Other partners offering funding and services for this project include the Friends of Starkweather Creek, Rock River Coalition, Kipp Corporation, MG&E, Atwood Community Center, and the following Neighborhood Associations: Schenk, Atwood, Starkweather, and Yahara.
