Amending Section 1.08(4) of the Madison General Ordinances to permit Park Rangers to issue citations for a limited number of offenses occurring in City of Madison parks and adding four areas of violation for which the Parks Superintendent or designee or Park Rangers can issue citations.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment will allow Parks Division Park Rangers to issue citations for a limited number of offenses occurring in City of Madison parks. The amendment also adds four (4) sections from Chapter 8, M.G.O. for which the Parks Superintendent or designee or Park Rangers can issue citations.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (4) entitled "Issuance of Citations" of Section 1.08 entitled "Issuance of Citations for Violations of Certain Ordinances and Providing a Schedule of Cash Deposits" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
