Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 100 Wisconsin Avenue PUD, Private Contract No. 1860. (4th AD).

Body

WHEREAS, 100 Wisconsin Avenue, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Wisconsin Avenue adjacent to the 100 Wisconsin Avneue PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on January 7, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1860 $7,965 useful life of 40 years.
