Private Contract. No City Funds Are Required.

Body

WHEREAS,  Midwest Affordable Housing Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

-Highview Drive from Plaza Drive to Commerce Drive.

-Commerce Drive from Highview Drive to Watts Road.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1925  $28,908.00 useful of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on December 16, 2007.
