Accepting bituminous surface improvements constructed by Private Contract In The Meadowlands -Phase 4, Private Contract No. 2083.
Body
WHEREAS, Meadowlands Land, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: The Meadowlands - Phase 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Reston Heights Drive from the westerly line of Lot 69 (existing street) to the easterly line of Lot 112.
· Golden Maple Road from The northerly line of Outlot 13 (existing street) to the southerly line of Lot 69 (existing street).
· Shady Leaf Road from Reston Heights Drive to Littlemore Drive.
· Littlemore Drive from the westerly line of Lot 75 (existing street) to the easterly line of Lot 99
· Alley (Outlot 12) from Golden Maple Drive to Reston Heights Drive.
· Alley (Outlot 13) from Golden Maple Road to the west line of Lot 208.
· Alley (Outlot 1) from the westerly line of Lot 85 to Shady Leaf Road, and from the westerly line of Lot 78 to Shady Leaf Road.
· Alley (Outlot 2) from the westerly line of Lot 113 at Shady Leaf Road to the westerly line of Lot 121 at Shady Leaf Road.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2083 $36,279.02 for a useful life of 40 years.
