I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen appointments. "Statement of Interests" forms are on file for those appointees required to file.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION
JASON A. DELBORNE, 406 Sidney St., 53703-1724 (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Delborne is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the UW-Madison, Department of Rural Sociology/National Science Foundation. He is involved in the Lapham/Marquette parent-teacher group, the Tenney Park Neighborhood Association and the Society for the Social Studies of Science (an international professional/academic organization). He succeeds Brenda Gonzalez.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2008.
ALLIED AREA TASK FORCE
SUSAN M. CORRADO, 2714 Van Hise Ave., 53705 (5th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Allied Area Community Group Representative. Ms. Corrado is a community parish nurse for Oakwood Lutheran Homes. She has a great deal of contact with Allied Drive residents in her work. She is a regular participant at the Allied Stakeholder's meetings. She succeeds Lindsay McClernan.
BID BOARD
MATT MIKOLAJEWSKI, Director, Office of Business Resources - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the non-voting position of City of Madison Representative. He succeeds Mario Mendoza.

BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE ON CLEAN ELECTIONS
ANTHONY S. EARL, 360 W. Washington Ave. #1007, 53703 (4th A.D.) - Mr. Earl is an attorney with Quarles & Brady, LLP. He is a former governor of the State of Wisconsin. He has been a member of the National Common Cause, the Wisconsin Common Cause and The Joyce Foundation.
