WHEREAS,  Brader Way LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

-Brader Way from west line Lot 5 to Bear Claw Way.

-Bear Claw Way from Mineral Point Road to the north line of Lot 4 (west 1/2 only)

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2071, $10,432.80 useful of 40 years.
