Body

WHEREAS, 123 West Washington, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements on West Washington Avenue and Fairchild Street adjacent to the Loraine Hotel Condominiums located at 123 West Washington Avenue.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on March 2, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1950 $80,202.10 useful life of 40-years.
