Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Northport Commons, Private Contract No. 1982.

Body

WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, Inc has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Northport Commons.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     Cordelia Crescent from Kennedy Road to Moose Trail

•                     Moose Trail from Cordelia Crescent to Kennedy Road

•                     Tenley Lane from Cordelia Crescent to Moose Trail

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1982 by $19,530.69 for a useful life of 40 years.
