Body

WHEREAS, Livingston Properties, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on 808 Williamson Street adjacent to The Renaissance PUD - Phase II.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2013 $11,094.50 useful life of 40 years.
