WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Bituminous Pavement on the following streets:
Sandhill Road from the southwest line of Lot 366 to the east line of Lot 377 (existing street).
Red Sky Drive from the west line of Lot 383 to the east line of Lot 389 (existing street).
Fallen Leaf Drive from the west line of Lot 397 to the east line of Lot 400 (existing street).
Trappers Trail from the west line of Lot 404 to the east line of Lot 406 (existing street).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1926 $36,415.10 useful of 40 years.
