WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Hercules Trail from Halley Way (existing street) to the north line of Lot 473.
Halley Way from Juniper Drive to Hercules Trail.
Juniper Drive from the south line of Lot 463 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 463.
Public alley in Outlot 29.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1920 $167,142.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on December 7, 2005.
