Resolved that Water Lateral Installation improvements in Ice Age Falls Sewer/Water - for Meriter Hospital, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than September 13, 2007 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
