Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In 2651 East Springs Drive, Private Contract No. 9153 (District 17).

Body

WHEREAS, Panera, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  2651 East Springs Drive.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.

 

2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

  • East Springs Drive Sidewalk from E Washington Ave to S of 2651 E Springs Drive

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14045 by $ 5,637.50 for a useful life of 40 years.
