RESOLVED that water service lateral installation improvements in Heather Glen Replat - Phase 2A and Phase 2B - Contract #2100, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000 to expire not earlier than September 3, 2010 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
