RESOLVED that water service lateral installation improvements in Linden Park - Phase 4, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than December 2, 2009, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
