Body

WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

McLean Drive - South line of Lot 348 to North Star Drive.

North Star Drive - West line of Lot 357 (existing street) to the east line of Lot 166.

Pluto Street - McLean Drive to the east line of Outlot 11.

Alley (Outlot 11) - Pluto Street northerly to Station 11+21.25

Alley (Outlot 13) Pluto Street southerly to Station 11+21.40

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1970 $124,735.38 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on June 13, 2005.
