Body
WHEREAS, University Research Park, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: University Research Park - Element Collective (Surface Paving).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Element Way from Charmany Drive to Catalyst Way
• Element Way from Catalyst Way to S Whitney Way
• Catalyst Way from Mineral Point Road to Element Way
• Catalyst Way from Endeavor Lane to Catalyst Way
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13355 by $44,703.48 for a useful life of 40 years.
